Kitchen Hacks: How to Make Quick Roasted Garlic Aioli

For those of you that don’t know, aioli is really mayonnaise that starts off with a garlic puree and originates from the south of France…so, clearly, it’s good.

But, what if you wanted aioli on steroids?  Like, what if you infused it with roasted garlic (in my opinion, waaay better than plain old garlic!)??

You get this scrumptious condiment to be used in sooo many ways!

Whip some of this up…you won’t be sorry!

1.  Roast a few heads of garlic (like this) and squeeze them into a bowl.

2.  Mash up the garlic and mix with about a cup of really good mayonnaise.

That’s it…you’re done.

Now go make some french fries or something.  I imagine that’s what they dip in this stuff in the south of France…
